Funding Options

 

Medicare

If you have been referred to The Willow Tree Clinic by your GP, Paediatrician or Psychiatrist, you may be entitled to a Medicare rebate. Full payment is made at the end of each appointment, and we can then process your Medicare rebate.

Private Health Insurance

The Willow Tree Clinic are registered with HICAPS. Full payment is made at the end of each appointment, and we can then process your private health care rebate. Any rebate from your Health Fund will be subject to your eligibility and applicable fund cover. Please contact your Health Fund provider to determine eligibility.

 

National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)

The Willow Tree Clinic are registered to provide supports through the NDIS.

Workers Compensation

The Willow Tree Clinic are registered to provide therapy through Workers Compensation. 

 

Private Clients

You are able to access The Willow Tree Clinic without a referral as a private client. As a private client, there are no rebates available on the fees for your sessions. Please contact The Willow Tree Clinic for our current fee list.
