Behaviour Support Services

The Psychologists at The Willow Tree Clinic offer Behaviour Support services to support individuals and their families to reduce behaviours of concern and build adaptive skills to ultimately, increase their overall quality of life.

This service includes completing a detailed assessment of the behaviour of concern and skill deficits. During the assessment, the Psychologist may talk to the individual and their family, consult with other’s in the individual’s life (e.g., teachers or allied health professionals), conduct direct observations or collect data.

Once the assessment is completed, a behaviour support plan and/or skill-building intervention program will be developed in collaboration with the individual and their family. We will then work alongside the individual and their family to mentor the implementation of the recommended intervention, as we understand that the hardest part of any intervention plan is being able to consistently implement it.

The Willow Tree Clinic are able to offer behaviour support services within the clinic, home or school environment.
